Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of HagaLog and this website. HagaLog is developed and operated by Flying Fish Digital, LLC (“Flying Fish Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using HagaLog, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Professional record tool
HagaLog is a personal professional record-keeping tool for commercial divers. It is not a substitute for employer-required dive sheets, official regulatory submissions, medical advice, legal advice, or a certified legal record system.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the records you export or share, and compliance with requirements from your employer, client, certifying body, regulator, or jurisdiction.
Backups and exports
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your records. If you export, share, print, email, upload, or otherwise move records outside HagaLog, you are responsible for that destination and disclosure.
Purchases and modules
Some features are offered as paid, one-time app-store modules. Purchase availability, billing, refunds, and restoration are processed under the rules of the store used for the purchase, including Google Play or the Apple App Store, with RevenueCat used to manage product and entitlement status. Store terms and regional availability apply. A purchase grants access to the applicable HagaLog module; it does not transfer ownership of the app, source code, Stamp Registry, or Flying Fish Digital intellectual property.
Supervisor identity verification is a separate Stamp Registry workflow and is not an app-module purchase. HagaLog currently absorbs the identity-check cost rather than charging it as an external in-app payment.
Acceptable use
You may not use HagaLog to falsify professional records, impersonate another person, misrepresent certifications, violate laws, or interfere with the app or website.
No warranty
HagaLog is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free records, acceptance by any employer or regulator, or suitability for a particular legal or compliance purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HagaLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost work, lost data, rejected documentation, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these terms as HagaLog changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
